Henry Africa’s Legendary Lemon Drop $7

Deceased founder of Capt. Eddie Rickenbacker’s, Henry Africa, is known among bar-circles as the creator of the now infamous lemon drop. Citron vodka, powdered sugar and fresh-squeezed lemon juice shaken vigorously and served up with a sugared rim.

Irish Coffee $5

Made just the way long-time San Francisco saloon and Irish Coffee creators, The Buena Vista, used to make it back in the 50s. A heated glass filled with fresh coffee, sugar and Bushmill’s Irish Whiskey topped with fresh-whipped cream.

Henry Africa’s Classic Bloody Mary $8

Made to order! All fresh ingredients mixed in the glass and shaken vigorously. (Try a Maria Sangre, like the Classic Bloody Mary with top-shelf silver tequila $10)

Margarita $8

Hand-squeezed limes, tequila and Cointreau, shaken and served with or without a salted rim.

Higgarita $9

 

Named for a beloved and deceased regular, Mr. Higgins. Silver Corralejo tequila, fresh-squeezed grapefruit and lime juices, Cointreau and a float of Grand Marnier, served with or without salt.

Old-Fashioned Sours $8-$10

Your choice of liquor shaken with fresh squeezed lemon juice and powdered sugar.

The Grateful Dead

A San Francisco favorite! Vodka, gin, tequila, rum, triple sec, Chambourd and fresh-squeezed lemon juice topped with ginger ale.

Lime in the Coconut $8

Created by long-time bartender “Perky,” and an establishment favorite. Malibu and Bacardi rums with hand-squeezed lime juice and powdered sugar, shaken vigorously and topped with club soda. Refreshing!
